The rooms here are updated and fashionable with a tub. Absolutely perfect location in general, extremely friendly and excellant staff with excellent service.

I had the most enchanting stay at Hillbrook Inn. The ambiance was like stepping into a fairytale, with charming grounds and beautifully decorated rooms. The highlight of my visit was the gourmet dinner and breakfast - the food was outstanding! The service was impeccable, and the staff provided excellent recommendations throughout my stay. I also appreciated the pet-friendly accommodations, as Hillbrook went above and beyond to make my furry friend feel welcome. I highly recommend Hillbrook Inn for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

The spa services were overpriced and not up to par. The housekeeping was only mediocre, with toiletries not being replaced and the blanket clearly not being changed between guests.

The hotel was in a stunning location very close to the restaurant, the stream and Charles Town for training. Great service from all the very courteous stuff that I interacted with. The breakfast of this place was amazing and outstanding for 2 coffees to go, loved it.
